Family Movie Night!
Henderson Memorial Public Library hosted another successful "Free Family Movie Night" on Tuesday, April 23. Movie-goers enjoyed watching "Rise of the Guardians" as they ate popcorn. Some of the youngest viewers even wore their pajamas. A special thanks to Ed Christo for bringing in some snacks and drinks for our movie-goers to enjoy. Queen's Tea!
Thank you to all of our wonderful participants who attended the "Queen's Tea" program. Everyone enjoyed traditional English Tea, scones, crumpets, strawberries, and cucumber tea sandwiches. Ruby, from the Jefferson Historical Society, was gracious enough to bring many women's hats, so we could all look like true English ladies. Miss Bev and Miss Dee gave a little talk on the history of the English Tea, and everyone participated in a trivia c
