Adult Arts & Crafts Show

The Henderson Library is now accepting entries for their second annual Adult Arts & Crafts Show coming in August, open to ages 18 and older,

There will a juried show and a silent auction event. Participants may enter (1) piece into the juried show, but may also donate pieces to the auction event. All proceeds from the auction will go to the support of the Henderson Library programming.


The Ashtabula Local Food Council's summer film series continues this Sunday with "A Place at the Table".

The film begins at 1:30 PM at the Henderson Memorial Public Library with an open discussion to follow.

"A Place at the Table" examines the issue of hunger in America, focusing on the plight of three individuals from different parts of the country who struggle to find adequate nutrition.

Village Days @ the library

Join us for Village Days celebration at the library on Saturday, June 27th.

Marvel Movie Madness goes on all day with Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor.

Other activities include face painting, sidewalk chalk & water balloons.

Hot Dog roast from 10 AM - 1 PM. Weather permitting we will also include the petting zoo in the front.

Henderson Library hosts ALFC documentary film series

This summer the Henderson Library will play host site for the Ashtabula Local Food Council's  Local Food Summer Film Series.

The films are an excellent way to learn about Local Food and the various issues that our own growers and communities face.

A series of four film documentaries, each film will begin at 1:30 PM on Sunday afternoons at the library. All documentaries are free to the public and there will be a brief open discussion following each film.

The first film documentary is FRESH and it will be showing at 1:30 PM this Sunday, May 31st.
